I set up a Google Doc spreadsheet (so I can keep track at home or work) to help me keep track of my spending for each week. Hopefully seeing what I spend will make me more aware and less likely to do so.
Also, we are going to try (yet again) to be healthier, because we both are tired of feeling fat. There is a free fitness room (where half the machines work, and half don't) within our grounds' rental office that I am going to try to start using again. I get home a good two hours before Aaron, and it would be a perfect time to go on the elliptical for half an hour and get moving again.
So that is that.
